Heartland Music Festival

Spring 2009
 

Tulsa Homeschool Choir Concert Choir participated in the "Heartland Music Festival" last weekend in Oklahoma City.

The choir scored a SUPERIOR rating!!!

Three music students were given "outstanding musicianship awards" in the choir. Those students were:

Kelly Bock

Kanisha Harper

Julia Tollefson

THC was presented with a SUPERIOR plaque and the 3 students were given trophies.

After spending a "WET" day at Frontier City, Heartland Music Festival had a special awards presentation.

Tulsa Homeschool Choir was given an HONORABLE MENTION award and presented with a large trophy.

I want to thank Audrey Cogan for getting all of this together, as well as her helpers, Debbie Yeakey and Cheryl Davidson.

I know that these girls had many details to "iron out" and much work was involved.
